Belt Squats are progressing and slowly getting heavier with time. Looking forward to reaching +100k. Starting from scratch, unable to lie or sit or walk without excruciating pain to this has taken almost 2 years. It's been a process and mentally challenging but worth the effort. Here is 70k, and I will admit the weight is moving smoothly. The burn is real and I don't see myself stalling for another 6 - 12 months on this exercise so I'm milking it for all the gains I can get. It's helped build my barbell back squat back to close to 200 lb for reps and that is a miracle in itself. It's all about intelligent programming, perseverance and patience.
