sooooo my home kitchen is now a full on sourdough bakery (only 5 years late to the game lol) and the result of this chaos is this absurdly delicious SOURDOUGH GARLIC BUTTER BREAD (viral croissant bread craze had me by a chokehold). herby garlic butter gets frozen and then grated into sourdough as it proofs and the result is a loaf that is impossibly flaky, buttery, tender, but with sourdough tang and a righteous crackly crust that TASTES LIKE GARLIC KNOTS I KID YOU NOT.
