Administrative Professionals Day is a day to recognize the administrative staff that (quite literally!) make the world go round. You’ll find them at the hospital inputting data, or booking appointments. They’re at almost every workplace answering the phones, and answering emails. They’re patiently showing the boss for the hundreds time how to download a pdf or create a spreadsheet. They’re making the calls, booking the calendars and appointments, ordering the supplies, tracking the data, and doing a thousand tasks that go unnoticed but make every workplace and organization ACTUALLY function. They are the gatekeepers, problem solvers and command centrals. And honestly, they don’t get enough credit for everything they do to make our lives, workplaces and institutions run smoothly. We’d be lost without them!
