"Oh world, look into the eyes of stolen childhood. We are the children of Gaza, who witness the tragedies of war and suffer its effects. We demand our rights to life, education, play, and safety. Do not let our childhood be lost, and be with us in this battle.

It’s been more than a week since the !$raeli t€rr@rist attack against our humanitarian mission of the @gazafreedomflotilla to break the siege of Gaza and to create a people’s humanitarian corridor. We urge the Maltese government to stop its complicity and allow our independent investigation on our boat, find a dignified solution for our boat and crew, to condemn the attack and break relations with !srael. This blurry photo was taken an hour ago
This blurry photo was taken an hour ago. It doesn’t show much, but behind it is a moment I’ll probably never forget. I was out getting groceries when it started raining—really pouring. The kind of rain that soaks you in seconds. Normally, I love the rain. It makes me feel calm, even happy, I play under it like a child. But then thunder hit. Loud. Sudden. Almost violent. And for a moment, I wasn’t in Spain anymore. It sounded exactly like a bomb. Before I could think, my body reacted, I dropped everything I was carrying and crouched down in the middle of the street, arms over my head. My heart was racing, my hands shaking. I was in full panic mode barely able to catch a breath. Someone came up to me—a woman I’ll probably never see again—and gently told me to get up, that it was too cold. That small act pulled me back long enough to grab my things and sprint away. Everyone else had stopped moving, taking shelter under cafes’ umbrella or near malls. The rain was so heavy you couldn’t really see where you were going. But I kept walking. Running, actually. I just wanted to get home. I didn’t want to hear another thunderclap. I didn’t want to feel that panic again. People on the street told me to be careful. I wasn’t sure what they meant, but I heard them. I just.. I kept going. When I finally got to my room (soaked, freezing) I stood there for a while. I could feel tears coming. Not from the cold. From something deeper. It’s moments like these that make me realize how trauma never really leaves your body. It hides. It waits. And then one loud sound brings it all back. I don’t know if we’ll ever fully heal. But I know I’m not alone in feeling this. Ps: my hands and body are still shaking until now, could be the cold, but it could be something else I might not want to fully admit just yet.

Six-year-old Najwa Hussein Fouad Hajjaj used to be a vibrant girl from Al-Shujaiyah, east of Gaza City. Today she is one of 65,000 children suffering from severe malnutrition under Israel’s total blockade. Since March 2, the occupation has barred all humanitarian aid including food, medical supplies, and field hospitals from entering Gaza. Najwa's body has weakened rapidly, not from illness but from deliberate deprivation. Her life, like thousands of others, hangs in the balance while the world watches in silence. This suffering can end if journalists, activists, and states stop enabling it and begin applying real pressure through sanctions and concrete action. ويمكن إنهاء هذه المعاناة إذا توقف الصحفيون والنشطاء والدول عن التواطؤ وبدأوا في ممارسة ضغط حقيقي من خلال العقوبات والتحرك الفعلي. in Luxembourg, we confronted Ursula von der Leyen and told her the truth: “ shame on you, You are complicit in genocide. You are a child killer through your silence and complicity!” While massacres are being committed in Gaza, hospitals, schools, and refugee camps are being bombed — the EU Commission President continues to blindly support Israeli crimes. Silence is not neutrality. It’s complicity.

This is the last normal shot before the city turns into ruins, before the house becomes a pile of rubble, before this pain extends to our roots, we walk the streets of the city as if we were visiting a large consolation house, all hearts here are exhausted, we all hope that one day will return as we were. #gaza #viral

"We are so angry. How could this happen? Innocent children, their dreams shattered, their childhood crushed. We cannot believe that anyone would do this. We must fight injustice, we must stand up for these children. You cannot be silent, we must shout and demand justice."🙏✌🏼🇵🇸🇵🇸 نشعر بغضب عارم.
