What a weekend. Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Shakeout on Saturday with @adidas. It reminded us why we do this, people from all corners of the globe coming together ahead of one of the greatest marathons in the world. Different backgrounds, beliefs, and stories, moving as one through the heart of London. It didn’t matter where you were from, what pace you ran, or what brought you here, running connects us, it speaks a universal language. And this weekend, London spoke it loud. For the Long Run.

For part three of our Universal Language of Running campaign, we took our cheer zone to Heathrow Airport, the first checkpoint for so many arriving in London for the marathon; the city that has given us our home and the streets we proudly run every week. Beyond welcoming the international running community to London, we created this moment to celebrate the journey too. The marathon began long before tomorrow’s start line. It began in early mornings when there was no crowd, in self-doubt that developed into commitment and belief. Tomorrow is a celebration of everything you found along the way. London, it’s nearly time. If you’re running Sunday, we’ll be cheering for you. If you’re not, come cheer with us. This is what all the early mornings, tough sessions, and winter miles were for. And this is where runners need us most, deep into the final stretch, where every cheer counts. We’re holding it down at Mile 24–25, by Temple Station, from 10:00am. Music. Megaphones. Big energy.
