My sister Olivia and I often refer to Olli Ella as the first baby we brought into the world…. followed enthusiastically, by 8 actual children (five mine, 3 hers) and approximately 4.7 million snack requests over the years! Motherhood didn’t just shape our business—it became a masterclass for us in efficiency. We learned that big ideas don’t wait for calm; they arrive mid-calamity, or in the middle of the night while feeding newborns. Olli Ella didn’t grow up in quiet rooms and tidy timelines—it grew up right there in the beautiful mess, side by side in sisterhood, partnership and with our children, and built on the kind of juggles that’s seen us through it all—from babies at our feet to boardrooms on the other side of the world.
