Does drinking a mocha in the morning count towards your daily fruit? I’ve been reading Making Chocolate by @dandelionchocolate this week and continue to be utterly tickled by the mirrored journeys that both cacao/cocoa and coffee take to become what we typically consume. Mochas have always had a special place in my heart but they feel a little extra special now.

PANDAN PISTACHIO LATTE // Vibrant, nutty, creamy, and rich with @baristaseries pistachio milk. Pandan syrup 50g pandan leaves, roughly chopped 250g white sugar 250ml water Blitz the water and pandan leaves together. Strain out the solids and add the liquid to a saucepan with equal parts sugar. Heat on medium-low until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, cool, and store in the fridge. Pandan pistachio latte 25ml pandan syrup 200ml @baristaseries pistachio milk Double espresso Freshly grated nutmeg In a glass with extra ice, add your syrup, milk, and espresso. Garnish with a heavy grating of freshly grated nutmeg. Stir to combine before enjoying. #Sponsored #PacificBaristaSeries
