Each iron has its own build, and there are many components that go into shaping a particular iron. During the blade and hosel grinding step of the grinding process, an accurate top line is formed, followed by precise grinding of the hosel, crucial for seamless visual transition from top line to hosel. Workers on the grinding line meticulously ensure perfection at this stage. To achieve this, the Miura factory crafts three sets of dies for each model and loft, understanding that dies alone won’t suffice; each iron model demands specific heat and force application, requiring the expertise of Miura craftsmen.
