Unpolished or unsealed masonry/stone can be very porous which means more paint is used up and the finish can look patchy. In view of this we recommend you apply two coats of Finishing Coat to seal the surface prior to painting.

Ad OMG you’re going to love this little desk hack. Such a cute makeover on this old school desk. They are ten a penny on eBay and Facebook Marketplace, so get searching as they’re the perfect space to work and then hide your laptop away in after. I have pimped mine with Frenchic Trim Paint in Calming Carol. I then painted the chair in Flamenco for a pop of colour. I think the shade works really well against the reading nook I did last month. Now for the hack. I found these £5 magnetic picture frames and discarded the string. I used two to create this cute scallop trim on the desk that I can pop all my notes and to-do lists on. I also added cork board to the underside of the desk lids for mood boarding. @frenchicpaint Let me know what you think?
