This shade of blue/grey has been so popular 🤍 It was designed to suit every skin tone and beautifully compliment the black and white pieces in REFLECT. We went through several variations of this shade, and the first few iterations were more like a white that had been through the wash with darks, which of course is not what we were going for. This shade of grey would have washed everyone out and it didn’t have that crisp clean feeling we like to associate with Cleo Harper. So of course we continue sampling until we get the perfect shade we envisioned and this is it.
