Just walk up to the counter, tell your Vibe Dealer you have a mobile order, and they’ll hook you up. 💕 Please note that on occasion during weekend rushes, there may be an extra 5 minute wait for mobile orders (the stores get in-person and mobile order tickets simultaneously and work through them as quickly as possible, so they really appreciate your patience), but you can still skip the line to let them know you’re there! ☺️ As always, if you have any issues with the app please dm us!
