Talking Shop: Silverlake Our flagship! This one means the most to us. We’ve been on the corner of Sunset and Micheltorena since 2012. Clare and Thierry moved to L.A. in 2001 and landed in the Echo Park / Silverlake area, loving the area for its creative and artistic energy, and the Latine culture and community that felt familiar and connected to her Mexican roots. When it came time to open the first store, it only made sense that it would be here. The former laundromat became Clare V.’s first storefront, with Clare’s office/design studio tucked in the back. Since then, we’ve grown and outgrown offices in the neighborhood, currently in Frogtown. Last year, we renovated the shop and expanded into the neighboring space, making it feel like a true reflection of who we’ve become over the last 13 years. If you’re ever in the area, come pop by and introduce yourself! Our full new collection has landed in stores and is looking very very cute ❤️
