Then there are many people like me, who are moms but have loss their moms. 🙏🏾 . Doing an ART activity is a great tool for bonding, processing grief and even a stress reliever. . For me creating around this time is a great way for me to process my grief, while also reminiscing on memories with my own daughter, and creating new ones! . . This DIY picture frame craft was perfect! I chose some of may favorite memories with Jaela and I and made this super cute inexpensive piece of decor❤️ . .
