This is 50! And I’m proud to say that I’m in better shape now that I was when I was 30. When I started working out with @benbrunotraining 11 years ago, I was scared to lift weights because I thought I’d bulk up. But as I got stronger, I actually got smaller and tighter. Then somewhere along the line, I stopped focusing as much what on how my body looked and started focusing on getting stronger for skiing. Not only has my skiing improved, but I’ve kept getting more toned in the process. I hate saying Ben was right, but I will say that strength training is so important for women, and Ben now has an exercise app that’s based off the workouts we do together. He says it’s the next best thing to working out with him in person, but I say it’s BETTER because you don’t have to deal with him directly.
