Started with some fresh wings from @heb — marinated them in Tandoori Paste, subbed in Cream Cheese instead of yogurt for that extra creamy tang, and hit ‘em heavy with that “Blazin’ Bird” Dry Rub from @whiskeybentbbq Flavor stackin’ from the jump! 🙌🏼 Grilled everything over live flame using my @chargrillergrills Kettle, my trusty @lodgecastiron , and my @donkeylongtong (no singed knuckles over here). First time using the @bentley.bbq @burnfirestartercompany Bags to light the coals — and y’all, they might be on to something with these. But let’s talk about that Beautiful Butter Chicken Sauce — this is where the magic happens! Recipe:
• 1 stick of @vitalfarms butter
• 1 onion, minced
• 1 tbsp minced garlic
• 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
• 2 cups heavy whipping cream
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp garam masala Sauté the onion and garlic in butter until golden, stir in tomato sauce, then finish with cream and spices.
