Dress by @ramybrook 😍 MAKES 4 Ingredients: 3 egg yolks ¼ cup + 1 tbsp sugar 8 ounces of mascarpone ¾ cup heavy whipping cream chilled 1 box of Entenmann’s chocolate icing cake 1 cup coffee, liquor or espresso coffee Cocoa powder Use a standing mixer or a hand mixer to whip the egg yolks and the sugar until they are a pale yellow color. Add the mascarpone and whip for 2 minutes more, then add the heavy cream and whip until thick. Store in the refrigerator. Press the coupe glasses into the cake as shown. Using the back of a spoon, push down on the sponge cake to create a well in the center. Pour the coffee liquor or espresso into the well. Top with mascarpone cream and cocoa powder.
