Our annual celebration of the great vastness of Earth's natural treasures. This well-aged golden sour ale encapsulates our entire journey of brewing, beginning as a clean blonde ale fermented with house mixed culture and aged in oak barrels for over a year.⁠ ⁠ We then conditioned this year's vintage on pink guava, allspice, hibiscus, and sliced ginger to complement a balanced acidity contributed by our house cultures. Sip on notes of guava mai tai, hibiscus sparkler, fresh ginger tea, and rosewater.⁠ ⁠ Bottles are currently available at all Burial Taprooms, as well as the Online Shop.
