For me, feeling good is really just a mix of all the little things. Eating well, getting outside, moving my body, spending time with my kids, family and friends… and not overthinking any of it. That’s what I like about the whole @bragg Philosophy for Vibrant Living. Their OG Apple Cider Vinegar is always somewhere in my kitchen, usually ending up in a salad or a drink, and I keep the ACV supplements around for when I’m out. Some days I do more, some days less. But good food, being outside and having my people around is usually a pretty good place to start 🤍 . .
