Caden is still too young to bring to restaurants so we brought our hibachi night home for a summer grill out with @bragg !!🍱Here’s the recipe: CHICKEN HIBACHI Ingredients: Chicken 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cubed 4 tbsp @bragg Coconut Liquid Aminos 1 tbsp @bragg Apple Cider Vinegar 2 tbsp minced garlic 3 tbsp olive oil Salt + pepper Veggies 2 zucchini, chopped 2 tbsp Coconut Liquid Aminos Splash of olive oil Salt + pepper (I typically add onion and mushrooms as well!) Fried Rice 3 cups day-old cooked rice 1 cup peas + carrots 1 egg 1/3 cup Coconut Liquid Aminos 2 tbsp butter Olive oil Instructions Chicken: Toss chicken with coconut aminos, apple cider vinegar, garlic, olive oil, salt + pepper. Cook on the grill with cast iron sheet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through. Veggies: Toss zucchini or veggies of your choice with coconut aminos, olive oil, salt + pepper, then cook on the cast iron until tender and slightly charred. Fried Rice: Add a little olive oil and butter to the cast iron, then add the rice and peas + carrots. Crack the egg directly on top and mix everything together as it cooks. Add coconut aminos and continue cooking until the rice is hot and slightly crispy. We topped with sesame seeds, yum yum sauce, and chili onion crunch!
