Need new ways to use wild game from your hunts? @evashockey got ya covered. 🌶️ Full jalapeño popper recipe below or at the link in bio👇⁣ ⁣ Wild Game Jalapeño Poppers: ⁣ - 1 cup Worcestershire sauce⁣ - 1 cup lime juice⁣ - 1 cup soy sauce⁣ - 2-4 elk steaks (or any other wild game steaks!)⁣ - 20 fresh jalapeño peppers⁣ - 12oz. herb cream cheese⁣ - 20 strips of bacon, cut in half⁣ - Honey to drizzle at the end (Optional)⁣ ⁣ 1. Thinly slice steaks into bite-sized pieces that are the same length and width as the jalapeños. ⁣ 2. Mix Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, and soy sauce together to create the marinade. ⁣ 3. Add sliced steak into the sauce. Cover and let sit for at least 2 hours in the fridge. ⁣ 4. Preheat oven or grill to 350 degrees. ⁣ 5. Halve jalapeños lengthwise. Remove seeds and center membrane. Place cut-side facing up on a plate or tray.⁣ 6. Spoon cream cheese into the halved jalapeños.⁣ 7. Place one strip of marinated elk steak on top of each jalapeño. ⁣ 8. Wrap each jalapeño in a piece of bacon.⁣ 9. Place on grill, cut side up, for 10-15 minutes. The poppers are ready when the meat is cooked and the jalapeños are tender and lightly charred.⁣ 10.
