Today’s full body workout. I will write it down here! 50 kettle ball swings (I used a 20 pound weight) 40 weighted jumping squats (I used a 10 pound weight) 30 barbell push press (I just used the barbell, no extra weight) 20 barbell reverse lunges (I used 10 pounds on each side) 10 seated neutral grip shoulder press AND 20 weighted step ups between each round (I used 15 pound dumbbells) X3! It was challenging and a lot of fun. It’s from the @wilma app (I love, @meg_miles and everything she posts!)
