Before sowing directly into the ground, we begin our plants in the greenhouse, where John carefully tends to each one in its cell. With the right temperature and steady watering throughout the day, they’re given the time they need to take root and grow strong. Once ready, they’re moved to our Market Garden in Kamas to mature until harvest. This steady rhythm helps keep fresh greens available for your table.
