How I stay sane while juggling multiple cakes a week: A weekly rhythm = smooth flow, no chaos. • Mon/Tues: Bake everything for the week. Yes, you read that correctly 😂 I also use these days to do supply orders and do all of my errands to get everything I need for the week! • Wed: Make all of your Fillings, buttercream, & fondant details • Thurs: Crumb coat + final coat, cover with fondant if needed, or if your arms aren’t noodles by the end of the day 😂 • Fri: Decorate and add all the magic ✨Prep your boxes so that…… • Sat: Relax + wait for pickups! And no I don’t mean wait all day. Let your clients know to stick to the pickup schedule because guess what…..bakers gotta have a life too 😂🫶🏽🖤 Let the schedule work for you—not the other way around.
