Our very first Babies at Work participants just graduated from high school and it’s giving us feelings. Since 2008, Badger parents have had the option to bring their babies to work following 3 months of family leave and until they are 6 months old or begin to crawl. This is an important time for bonding when many parents have to choose between paid employment and caring for the newest members of their families. Here we are, 18 years later, with over thirty babies who have participated. Congratulations to Audrey, Lucy, Eddie, and Gavin on your graduation from high school and thank you sharing time with us as you pioneered a program that has made a difference for so many families who followed.
