Welcome to our newest addition to the Badger team, baby Millie! Millie joins her mother, Aislinn, as the newest member of our Babies-at-Work program in a flexible, remote hybrid model. It's always a joy to figure out ways for Badger employees to be able to shine the love light on their little ones when new family members arrive. Sometimes that takes some creativity when work is at a factory! ⁠ ⁠ Did you know that we've had more than 30 babies participate in our Babies-at-Work program since it began in 2008?⁠ ⁠ In celebrating the maternal moments we hold most dear this Mother's Day, we thought we'd share this little moment that shines bright for us.
