Once a year, before the racing season finds its shape, we gather our trail running team for camp. This spring, Mallorca set the stage for a week of training, connection, and learning. Long days on the island’s dry trails and technical terrain, combined with design sessions and time with coaches and experts covering everything from mental preparation to performance nutrition. The goal: build the full picture — physical, tactical, human — before the race days call for it. Arc’teryx athlete Milly Young (@mil_young) reflects on what the week meant: “What has made this camp meaningful is the holistic approach. It hasn’t all been about miles and intensity; it’s been a focus on building the whole athlete. Most special for me has been connecting with teammates and learning from others. When athletes, designers, and specialists share space, something shifts. The work gets sharper, the connections run deeper, and everyone leaves with more than they came with.
