How-To Quickie: Blend raspberries with a little orange juice and strain if you prefer no seeds. Bloom the gelatin in one cup of juice for a few minutes. Warm the remaining juice with the raspberry blend, then stir in the bloomed gelatin and salt until dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before whisking in the hibiscus, collagen booster, and citrus juice. Pour into molds or a tray and add Happiness Tonic to each shape.
