We have a love hate relationship with textured walls. Our main thing is honesty we’ll never tell you something works perfectly when it might not. So when it comes to wallpapering over texture, we always give full informed consent. There’s always a risk your walls won’t adhere properly (especially with unprimed or low-quality paint). That said… we recently wallpapered over top of our extremely textured storefront walls and it actually turned out amazing?! We normally recommend sanding for the longest-lasting adhesion, but this time we just went for it, using a little ✨extra glue✨ as backup. And you can hardly even tell it’s textured. It turned out so seamless and smooth, we couldn’t be happier!! Our wallpaper is super durable. It’s strong enough to hold beautifully, but not so strong that removal becomes a nightmare. And yes, this goes for our peel and stick too. So now you know it’s possible!
