Happy Friday, friends! This week we are thrilled to present Anna and Lukas, the accomplished dynamic duo of @duo_acroart. Watching them perform together is like witnessing physical poetry! Also their journey towards falling in love with silks is inspiring. 💛💛 In their own words: “Our journey with aerial acrobatics began with a certain email… For several years, we had already been performing as professional circus artists. As one of the first duos in the world, we created a partner act on the Cyr wheel and performed in the most prestigious shows of contemporary circus. Then one day, we received the email mentioned earlier. It contained an offer for a dream contract — but one of the conditions was to learn a duo aerial act on silks. Naturally, we didn’t hesitate — we bought our first silk and began training right away. It was a journey from hate to love. The beginning was really tough: sore fingers, and skin “burned” from drops. But with each training session, our passion grew. Every new move, every combo filled us with pride. New sequences, new wraps and drops — we were hooked. The art of flying allowed us to truly spread our wings in a broader artistic dimension.
