You win tomorrow today. Thanks to the help of @pescience I’m able to focus on my family and career goals without sacrificing my fitness goals. My morning Stack is non negotiable. I begin every day with 1 scoop greens (lime flavor), 1 scoop reds/ blues, 1 serving of Versalyte (watermelon candy) and 5 grams of TruCreatine. This stack gives me the micronutrients I need and helps me to wake up naturally. With breakfast, I’ll have my TruMulti for added vitamins and minerals. Mid morning I’ll opt for a versa energy (mango flavor). Not only does it taste amazing, it’s the perfect amount of caffeine to help me get through presentations and meetings. In the afternoon when I start to get a sweet tooth I like to treat myself to a Select Protein shake. This is the only protein I’ve used in the last decade and I absolutely love every flavor.
