Farid says 💬 “We’ve been hovering below the 200lbs mark quite consistently for the past couple of weeks. The past couple of days we’ve sat between 196–198lbs, dropping to very low carbs on rest days and staying moderate on the working days. Still feeling very alive having no energy issues outside of the carb-desert days, and the strength hasn’t fallen off yet. Particularly, the state of my core is miles ahead of what it was last year, almost comparable to a week out of my last show, definitely with more details, control and mass built up.” This isn’t just training, it’s a lifestyle.
