But also where everything is new, so you’re learning as you go.😂 (it’s really lesson 2 but I didn’t capture the first). -Skate fitting takes a bit. They mold to your feet, and sharpen them. Sharper blades are harder to stop. Very beginner is around $150, but I got 2 levels up and they last longer. -They said around 10-15 hours of breaking them in before they secure the rest of the screws at the bottom. -I had to keep taking breaks to let my feet breathe when skating before the lesson. They want the skates TIGHT for jumps and spins, so they’re a bit uncomfortable for a while lol. -I was not cold the first hour or so skating. It wasn’t until I warmed up in my 85 degree car and came back in for the lesson that it was FRIGID. And now I learned warming up can make it worse.😂 #reels #explore
