Today marks our final training run after 12 weeks of running with purpose! As part of the Running Online Injury Prevention Feasibility Study by SFU RUN LAB @sfurunlab in partnership with Hettas @wear_hettas , we followed a structured plan with 4 runs per week — testing out the pebax-plated Hettas shoes, building consistency, and learning more about injury prevention along the way. The highlight? Sharing the journey with amazing women, lots of laughs, and a seriously responsive ride on every run.
