The House of Amouage joined forces with the revered Paris-based studio of Marianne Guély to create an extraordinary piece of art - a bespoke box, containing miniature samples of the two new innovations of the House: Decision and Existence. The box was especially created for the perfume community, in the hope of reaching a new audience to be immersed in High Perfumery. The mesmerizing execution was created by Marianne and crafted purely by hand by her artisans. With a career spanning over 30 years, with her studio opening in 2007, the team has perfected the art of paper and its craftsmanship. For them, paper is like second skin – it lives and breathes and gives a canvas for total creative expression. For the Eternity box, a unique paper from Germany was selected that even in its purest form gives the impression of an ancient tree bark – with ridges and motives reminiscent of the beautiful Juniper trees of Jabal Shams – the inspiration behind the creations.
