In the heart of Cocodona where conditions are ruthless and pain is a constant companion. No one gets through unscathed. An irritated hip flexor combined with the sheer exhaustion of trekking 40 plus hours made pushing the pace forward that much more difficult. Some treatment, a quick 30 minute nap and a refuel became needed. @kiliankorth bounced back this morning coming into the aid station and was like an entirely different person.
