☀️It was a beautiful Friday morning for a run! Got off the pavement and onto the trail this morning! The trail closing was a surprise but the detour made mixed it up anyway! 😄 I took the last two days off running because my hamstring was starting to feel suspicious. Work has been difficult lately, and I have just been exhausted. Today wasn't my best run, but running always helps even when I am not feeling 100%. Sometimes all we can do is try our best! I should have worn my Detroit Tigers shirt today because they had an amazing win yesterday!! I will definitely have it on for the game tomorrow!
