The beautiful thing about Italy is that everything is excessive. The food. The beauty. The lifestyle. The people. It’s addictive. It’s mesmerising. It’s all consuming. Which is naturally, why I decided to live here. So how, as someone who visits a Chinese doctor weekly for acupuncture, likes to eat at 6pm, avoids sugar, drinks once a blue moon and wants to sleep at 9pm each night manage to successfully LIVE in Italy?
