The answer has always been returning to the Land, the Plants, the Water ~ to Nature. Remembering we are Nature, not separate from 💚 It is by design so many feel that disconnected. Disconnection from our bodies, the Earth, our Hearts, from our Food, each other. But we cannot be disconnected from who we are... read it again. You cannot be disconnected from the Land, as you are the Land. We just have to remember. Coming back to the Land is coming back to ourselves, to Spirit, our well Ancestors. Awakening Blood memory. Who we are & our unique gifts, ways of being. Relating. The Earth, Water, always brings me back. If you're feeling out of your body, overwhelmed, can't focus, can't function, sit with Creation. Put your body in Water if you can. Feel the soil. Feel a Tree's bark, mosses softness. Feel your own Heart. Listen to the birds. A loved one's voice, touch. Nibble some Spring greens, drop some Flower Essences onto your tongue. Receive the colours, fragrances, wind... Let the Earth, the Plants, help you come back to yourself, to each other. I first shared these words over 5 years ago now. They felt fitting to share again. As more are feeling called to remember 🐚🌷 Gratitude to all those caring for the Earth, each other, to the Plant people, Medicine carriers, Land, Water, winged ones, parents raising future Earth protectors, to the ones doing their best to listen, prepare, to the seen & unseen.
