If you're feeling chaotic energy {valid}, uncertainty, overwhelm, rage, grief ... go to the Land 🌼 Let the Land, Creation, bring you back. The Land helps us remember, the Earth teaches us how to love & receive love. Authentic love. Conscious Love. Embodied Love. Expansive Love. Love that prompts us to do whatever it takes to protect + restore harmony. A reminder going to the Land, the Water, an urban park, to a fave Tree kin isn't to escape reality, or to escape ourselves ~ but to come back. Why do you think so many of our ceremonies are on the Land, or include Plant Medicines? They bring us back to ourselves, to our original instructions, to why we chose to come here at this time. The Land fortifies & strengthens us. Holds our grief, rage, alongside us as they feel it too. The Land misses us too... they call for our return. When we sever our connection to the Land, we sever our connection to ourselves, to Spirit, to Ancestors. They want us to be disconnected, zoned out, tapped out, kin. When we remember our connection to the Land, to our Hearts, that we are the Land, that we are Love, we remember our connection to ourselves & each other, our sacred responsibilities here, for all of Creation {human & more than human relatives}. We also remember the beauty that exists here too🪞🌈 We strengthen & sustain our physical + spiritual bodies to keep going.
