It’s a high-elevation coffee with a unique twist, anaerobic fermentation, which gives it a vibrant, complex flavor. You’ll taste ripe red cherry right up front, 🍒with notes of persimmon and lemongrass that make each sip feel fresh and layered. Kendra, one of our baristas from our West 3rd Street location, picked it as her favorite coffee this month. She describes it as: “Vibrant yet mellow — a great summer drink.
