Thick Blueberry & Lemon Chia Bowl ๐Ÿฅฃ ๐Ÿซ๐Ÿ‹ This extra thick, creamy and nutritious bowl takes just 10min to make and will definitely boost your mornings ๐Ÿซ๐Ÿ˜ Ingredients: โœจ makes 2 portions - 170g vegan yogurt - 2tbsp chia seeds - 150g blueberries ( fresh or frozen)+ splash of water - 1,5tsp maple/agave syrup ( adjust to taste) - 1tsp aรงaรญ powder from @unicornsuperfoods - splash of milk/water if chia is too thick - To decorate : lemon zest, blueberries Method: -Heat blueberries with maple syrup until dissolved and add a splash of water until you reach jelly like consistency. -Mix yogurt with chia seeds, 90% of blueberry compote and aรงaรญ powder if using. Set in fridge for at least 4h. -If chia pudding comes out too thick add some milk or water for your preference. -Top with remaining blueberry compote, lemon zest and fresh blueberries. ๐Ÿซ ๐Ÿ“ท @thedreamyvegan
