Filling.. -11/2 cups freefrom cream cheese -1 cup icing sugar -1-2 tbsp @unicornsuperfoods Beauty Collagen Blend -The hard cream from 1 tin full fat coconut milk (about 1/2- 3/4 cup) -Grated zest from 3 limes. -1/2 cup plantbased cream, whipped ☆Combine ingredients, gently folding in the whipped cream last. ☆Spoon and smooth over biscuit base and chill in the fridge overnight. ☆Top with pipped whipped cream (I added 11/2tsp of the Beauty Collagen Blend to cream), sprinkle on chopped strawberries and grated lime zest.
