Pumpkin biscoff baked oats 🎃🍁🍂 Featuring our vanilla cake protein powder for a protein boost and extra delicious vanilla flavouring 🤩 You will need: - 50g oats or oat flour - 25g @unicornsuperfoods vanilla cake protein powder - 1 tsp baking powder - 40g pumpkin puree - 1 tbsp Biscoff spread - 2 tsp agave or maple syrup - 125ml oat milk - Large handful of chocolate chips - 1 tsp Biscoff spread Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 180C. 2. Add everything besides the chocolate chips to a blender and blend until smooth. 3. Pour the mixture into a ramekin or small ovenproof dish. 4. Fold some chocolate chips into the mixture and then add some extra chocolate chips on top. 5. Place the ramekin in the oven and bake for 25 minutes. 6. Add 1 tsp of Biscoff spread to a microwave safe bowl and place it in the microwave for 25 seconds. 7. Drizzle the Biscoff spread on top of the baked oats and enjoy! 📷 @veganshannon
