Birthday Cake Blondies 🦄🩷🧁 Featuring our Vanilla Cake Plant Protein which contains 20g of lean protein per serve 🫶 INGREDIENTS - 400g of Chickpeas - 1/3 of a cup of Macadamia Butter (or any other nut butter) - 1/3 of a Cup of Date Syrup (or syrup of choice) - Dash of Vanilla - 1/2 tsp Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp Baking Soda - 3/4 of a Cup of @unicornsuperfoods Vanilla Cake Protein Powder - Choc Chips (I used white) - Sprinkles RECIPE - Drain, rinse and dry chickpeas - Blend everything together, except the protein powder. - Mix the blended ingredients and protein powder - Add choc chips - Place into a baking tray and add sprinkles on top - Bake for 25 mins - Let it rest for 10 minutes in the baking tin and then another 10 minutes on a tray - ENJOY 🩷🤤 📷 @lexiehynes
