I like to keep things super simple but aiming for 30-40g of protein is always the goal! Breakfast: 🍳 Egg white scramble with broccoli (I topped it off with red pepper flakes, hot honey and a little feta cheese) 🫶 Collagen chia pudding 🥭🍍🍵Mango Pineapple Matcha Latte!! The weather in LA has been SO nice and it has me craving all of the refreshing bevys, so I used @twiningsusa Tea to make a Mango Pineapple matcha latte 🤩 It’s super easy to make - just pour your matcha over ice, add the brewed Twinings Mango & Pineapple Tea (I recommend brewing a large batch in advance so it’s cold), and then add a splash of milk or cold foam - my personal favorite :) Twinings also has Peach & Orange AND Raspberry & Lemon, which are PERFECT for summer!!
