BROWN BUTTER TIRAMISU LATTE (affectionately called The West Village Girl) So many of you asked how to make at home and here it finally is🫶 Brown Butter Mascarpone Topping (makes enough for 2–3 drinks) Ingredients: * ¼ cup butter (we used half salted, half unsalted) * 4 oz (½ cup) heavy cream * 4 oz (½ container) mascarpone cheese * 2 oz Transcendence Madagascar Vanilla bean syrup Instructions: 1. Brown the butter on medium-low heat, stirring constantly until it’s golden and fragrant. Let it cool slightly in the fridge, it should still be liquid, just not hot. 2. In a separate bowl, mix together the cooled butter, 1 oz of the heavy cream, and the vanilla syrup until smooth. 3. Pour that into a blender with the rest of the heavy cream and blend until fully combined and smooth. 4. Whip the mixture with a hand mixer or whisk until it starts to thicken and form soft peaks.

– If you want something a little richer, go ahead and add the mascarpone — but be careful! It’s very easy to overmix and break your mixture. 5. Gently fold in the mascarpone just until combined. 6.
