I’m back with the guys over @tothestars.media with my take on a spicy chicken sandwich. I start off by Marinading a chicken breast in Buttermilk, 1tbs paprika, 1tbs Chili powder, 1tsp salt 1tsb Black pepper and of 3tbs of the @tothestars.media red hot sauce. I chuck that in the fridge for 12hrs and then dredge and fry until internal temp hits 165f Next up my take an a advacado crema but with a @tothestars twist. First up smash up 1 avocado in a bowl then add 1tbs sour cream, 1tbs mayo, 1tbs @tothestars.media Green hot sauce and the salt, pepper to taste. Once I’ve prepped everything else i heat up a quarter bottle of @tothestars.media Red hot sauce along with 1tbs of butter in a pan and then toss my fried chicken fillet in it to make sure it’s coated all over. Now time for the Build, I start with a toasted brioche base and a healthy amount of the avacodo crema , lettuce, Tomatoe, chicken breast fillet, more avacodo crema on the lid of the bun and Finnish with a cheeky hot wing. This sandwich was honestly one of the best fried chicken sandwiches I’ve had and can’t wait to do these again.
