My first three blocks! 🇺🇸 Oh and hey, welcome to week two of the Stars & Stripes Quilt along. I had a busy week this week catching up after being gone for work most of May, and after turning 42 Tuesday (yikes!) I squeezed in a little sewing time yesterday. First three blocks done, only 12 (or 21??) to go. I’m thinking about adding a few blocks and making this one larger since I already have a few in the regular throw size. While I’ve been cutting and sewing I’ve also been debating on my sashing color. White or linen? Or navy?? What’s your vote? If you are sewing along with me, this week we are just going to continue on with blocks, if you make 3-4 a week and you’ll be right on track to finish before the 4th. Oh and make sure you post them in the hashtag sometime this week because I’ll be going there to randomly select a couple of winners for a $50 gift card to my shop!
