Rub the chicken breast with garlic granules, basil, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper. 
Place in the air fryer basket. Cook at 200°C for 15 minutes, flipping halfway. Ensure internal temp reaches 165°F. 
Add bacon rashers to the air fryer for the last 5–7 minutes of chicken cooking. On a large cutting board, pile the chicken, bacon, chopped lettuce, croutons, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. Using a large chef’s knife, chop everything together until the mixture is finely minced and combined. Scoop the chopped filling onto each wrap and fold tightly. Place the wrap in the air fryer for a couple of minutes to crisp them up slightly.
