Did you know that strained/smasmed/overworked eye muscles (especially unevenly) = assymetry impared lymph flow (under eye bags, heavy eyelids, dark circles) tight eyelids or drooping brows/lids more eye area and forehead wrinkles hollowness, etc This is one of my routines I try to do regularly before bed especially after long days working starring at screen which is a culprit for strained eyes nowadays for many.
